SUSTAINING GRACE COUNSELING

Trish Knebel, LCSW

Welcome to Sustaining Grace Counseling

I’m so glad you’re here! I am excited to share that my practice is officially open and ready to serve our community. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about Sustaining Grace Counseling.

Grounded in Christian values, I integrate evidence-based counseling practices with Biblical truth. My heart is to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them find lasting peace, purpose, and healing. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, family transitions, or simply seeking spiritual renewal, you don’t have to face it alone.

I believe true healing begins when we are seen, supported, and nurtured in body, mind, and spirit. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, and for those who desire it, spiritual integration is available as part of the therapeutic process. Above all, I strive to meet each individual, couple, and family exactly where they are. At Sustaining Grace Counseling, every person is valued, every story matters, and every step toward healing is honored.

I am dedicated to supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through life’s most challenging seasons with compassion, faith, and clinical expertise. I work with couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict or life transitions together. Family counseling offers a supportive space to improve understanding, address relational patterns, and foster healthier, more connected family relationships.

In my work with children and adolescents, I provide a warm, supportive environment where young clients can express themselves in developmentally appropriate ways. While I am actively working toward play therapy certification, I use play therapy informed techniques alongside other evidence-based approaches to help children explore emotions, develop coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation. I value collaboration with caregivers and believe parents play an essential role in the therapeutic process.

For adults, I offer a confidential, nonjudgmental space to explore concerns such as stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Therapy is more than a place to talk it’s a place to heal, grow, and encounter grace.

If you’ve been thinking about starting counseling or wondering whether it might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we can move toward the healing that your heart, mind, and spirit deserve.

Thank you again for being here. I look forward to serving our community.

Sincerely,

Trish Knebel, LCSW
