Experience and Credentials
Your trusted partner in emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.
From the time she was 13 years old, Trish felt a God-given calling to help others navigate pain, trauma, and life’s uncertainties. That calling grew into Sustaining Grace Counseling—a practice rooted in Christian values, compassion, and evidence-based care.
Trish earned her Master’s in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She has worked in various settings serving children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a special passion for trauma-informed care and supporting children who have experienced difficult life events.
Her experience equips her to help individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship strain, parenting challenges, behavioral concerns, and spiritual struggles.
